Want to stop receiving marketing email from AVSaaS? There are two ways to do it, and either one works. This page complements our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we hold and your rights over it.
How to unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it and you're removed from that mailing — no login, no form, no confirmation hoops.
Write to us directly
Prefer to ask a human? Email us from the address you want removed and we'll take care of it. We'll confirm once it's done.

Opting out removes you from marketing email — product news and non-essential updates. If you still actively use one of our products, you'll continue to receive essential service messages: the alerts and notifications you configured, plus account and security email. Those are part of the service you signed up for, not marketing, so they aren't covered by a marketing opt-out.
Want to stop service email too? That means closing the relevant product account. You can request account deletion and data removal at any time by emailing [email protected] — see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
How quickly it takes effect
One-click unsubscribes are processed right away. For email requests, we action removals promptly and will respond within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. You may receive an already-queued message shortly after unsubscribing while sends in flight clear.
