This page explains, in plain language, what you're agreeing to when you opt in to receive email from AVSaaS. It complements — and is governed by — our Privacy Policy.
What "opting in" means
When you create an account, connect a platform, or tick a consent box on one of our sign-up forms, you're telling us it's OK to email you. We only send email to people who have given us their address for that purpose — we don't buy lists or add you without your action.
What you'll actually receive
Where we collect consent
Consent is collected at the point you give it — on a product's sign-up or connection screen, or on a form where you explicitly ask to hear from us. We keep a record of your email address for this purpose; the data we hold and how long we keep it is described in our Privacy Policy.
What we will never do
- Sell or rent your email address. We don't sell personal information, full stop.
- Share it with data brokers or use it to serve you third-party advertising.
- Use your data to train machine-learning models.
