Frequently asked questions

Questions about AVSaaS as a whole — who we are, what's in the portfolio, and how to get started. For questions about a specific product, the product's own site is the best place to look.

About AVSaaS

Who is AVSaaS?

AVSaaS builds small, focused SaaS apps that each solve one specific operational failure in your business stack. Instead of one all-in-one suite, we ship a portfolio of narrow tools — you pick the one that fixes the thing currently breaking your workflow, and nothing else.

What does "one pain, one platform, one fix" mean?

Every AVSaaS product starts from a single, specific operational failure — not a market category. Each tool targets one broken workflow inside one platform, runs in the background, and stops whatever was slipping through the cracks. We deliberately keep each product's scope locked to its one failure rather than growing it into a broad suite.

How do the products relate to each other?

They are independent tools that share a portfolio, a design language, and common terms and privacy policies. Each one connects to a different platform and fixes a different failure, so you only adopt the ones relevant to your stack. There's no bundle to buy and no requirement to use more than one.

The portfolio

What products are available today?

Six products are live:

  • HubSpot Free-Tier Guardian — monitors your HubSpot Free contact count and alerts before you hit the 1,000-contact cap.
  • PO Pilot — watches Shopify inventory and drafts supplier purchase orders for approval.
  • DunDial — recovers failed Stripe payments with smart retries and a card-update portal.
  • COD Verifier — confirms cash-on-delivery orders over WhatsApp before they ship.
  • Bubble WU Auditor — analyzes Bubble.io workflow unit usage and ranks refactors by projected savings.
  • Yahoogle — audits email sender authentication against Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender rules.

A handful of additional tools are still in early development and listed under "In the lab" on the home page — no sign-ups for those yet.

Which platforms do the products connect to?

Across the portfolio, products connect to platforms including HubSpot, Shopify, Stripe, Bubble.io, and the major email service providers, and several are listed in those platforms' marketplaces. Each product connects only to the platform it's built for, using the access scopes required to deliver that one service. The specific data accessed is shown on each product's connection consent screen.

Getting started, pricing & data

Where do I sign up?

Sign-up happens on each product's own site, not here on the hub. Browse the portfolio on the home page, pick the product that matches your pain, and follow its link to create an account there. If a product you want isn't live yet, the waitlist page points you to the right place to register interest.

Is there a free tier?

Yes — every product has a free tier as the entry point, with a paid tier priced for founders and small teams rather than enterprise procurement. Free tiers are provided without warranty and may carry usage limits. For the exact limits and pricing of a given product, check that product's own site. Full billing terms are in our Terms of Service.

How is my data handled?

We collect only the data needed to operate the products you've configured, and we don't sell personal information or use your data to train machine-learning models. When you connect a platform, a product accesses only the scopes required for its job. The full detail — what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights — is in our Privacy Policy.

How do I get support or contact AVSaaS?

Support is handled over email. For questions about a specific product, start on that product's own site. For everything else, see the Support page for the right address to write to.
